The country's biggest IT firm Tata Consultancy Services will hire over 40000+ freshers in the financial year 2022. This announcement was made recently at the result declaration of 4th quarter.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), who hired over 40000+ employees last year is in full mood to repeat the history by hiring more freshers.
TCS's official Milind Lakkad said, our operating model is really good. It is solely based on on-campus selections. Our internal training programs continuously improve talent over the year and some join us directly from the market.
As TCS NQT the National Qualifier Test is being conducted 4 times a year, we have the flexibility to hire people frequently according to the need.

Bulk hiring in the first quarter!
The Bulk of new hiring will be done in the first quarter of FY22 but may extend up to three quarters as well, depending upon how the demand arises.
After recording the lowest ever attrition rate of 7.2% in the January-March period, Milind said, "It will inch up in the coming quarters". He ruled out the possibility of a double-digit rise.
In the last quarter, TCS hired 19,388 employees making the total headcount to 4,88,649, a net addition of 4.,185 in the FY21. Milind said that he doesn't see any problems in hiring similar numbers in FY22.

Ramakrishnan the chief treasurer of TCS aforementioned, "We can still invest in technology style of infrastructure and possibly even accelerate it, refresh existing technology assets like in property, communication, security and every one those aspects.
